VISITING THE CLASSIC PALMA AND ITS BEACHES
If this is your first time in Palma, you should visit the places that have made History.
Your driver will pick you up in the City of Palma, at the location you indicate. Then, you will head towards the Cathedral of Palma, the second largest Gothic Cathedral in Spain. It was Built in 1230 and is a familiar landmark in Palma. You should spend around 40 minutes for this visit.
Following the Cathedral, you will have a guided tour around the Gothic quarter to see beautiful old courtyards and maybe the cloister of San Francisco. You will wander around the most important streets of the historic center, as well as the most familiar landmark monuments and buildings, such as Passeig del Born, PLaça Joan Carles I, Plaça del Mercat, La Rambla, etc. The tour will continue along the most crowded streets to get to the Balearic Coliseum and the Plaza de Toros de Palma (a bullring).
Afterwards, you will head towards the Bellver Castle, through a new residential area. When you get there, you will see the only circular shaped castle in Spain and you will be able to take pictures and enjoy the amazing views of Palma Bay.
Later on, you will visit some beaches, such as Cala Comtesa, Cala Bugambília, Illetas or Palma Nova. If you fancy, you will be able to take a swim in one of them.
At the end of the trip, you will be driven to Palma at the location that you indicate.
Recommendation: if possible this tour should start at 9:00 a.m.
Important: the order of the tour might change both according to the heaviness of traffic and to the parking lot.
