HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND MONUMENTS IN PALMA
A thoroughly tour to see the most important monuments of the City of Palma. A great opportunity to know the legacy of different cultures through the centuries.
Your driver will pick you up in the City of Palma, at the location you indicate. Then, you will head towards the old city, along the promenade to allow you to enjoy the views and the monuments, such as the City wall, the building of the old fish market, the building of the Consulate of the Sea, etc.
You will visit the Palma Cathedral, the second largest Gothic Cathedral in Spain. It was built in 1230 and it is a familiar landmark in Palma. You should spend around 40 minutes for this visit.
Following the Cathedral, you will see the most important streets of the historic center with its old courtyards, as well as the cloister of San Francisco which you maybe will be able to visit. Then, you will also be able to walk around the area of the Old Jewish Quarter of Palma.
The tour will continue visiting the Balearic Coliseum, the building of the old fish market and the building of the Consulate of the Sea. Afterwards, you will be driven to the Bellver Castle. It was built in 1300 and is one of the few circular shaped castles in the world. When you get there you will be able to take pictures and enjoy the amazing views of Palma Bay.
At the end of the tour, you will be driven to Palma at the location that you indicate.
