CAVES OF THE DRACH AND MAJORIC
Visiting the most important caves in the Mediterranean and one of the most famous pearl factories in the world.
Your driver will pick you up in the City of Palma, at the location you indicate. Then, you will head towards a little fishing village called Porto Cristo, in the east of the island. When you get there, you will visit one of the main tourist attractions, the underground caves, Cuevas del Drach.
Inside the caves, you will find the Lake Martel which is considered one of the largest underground lakes in the world. You should spend around 1 hour for this visit.
Following the caves, you will be driven to Manacor to see the pearl factory. This is the brand name of pearls made by the German businessman Eduard Heusch in 1890 and, nowadays, is a familiar landmark in Manacor, a famous town known for its pearl factories. During this visit, you will see the manufacturing process and an exhibition of jewellery. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to purchase pearls at a good price.
At the end of the trip, you will be driven to Palma at the location that you indicate.
